For Visitors Visitors will get to enjoy hands-on service projects, celebrate student achievements, visit exhibits, watch performances and indulge in great food and family fun activities all for a small donation of a new or gently used plush toy, book, or non perishable food item. Set-up begins at 7am.
Please arrive at the park between 7am and 8am. We ask all attendees to arrive promptly to keep traffic moving. There will be a vendor drop-off area that will close at 8:15am. Vendor parking will be designated.
Check in at the information table where you will be given your tabling spot location and access to pick up any prepaid equipment.
Keep in mind that tents will NOT be provided - only table and chairs if prepaid for. Also, there will be NO electricity access. Please be prepared to bring any equipment you may need for your table and service project.
Volunteers will be around the grounds to help if you need any assistance.

Participation Tabling at the event is FREE of charge. The $25 refundable deposit is simply a placeholder to secure your spot while an additional $50 covers the cost of purchasing a table and chairs if necessary.
